Updated Pictures of Devon

It has been quite a while since we have updated our pictures. Our internet was down for a few days but finally got back up. Here are all of the updated pictures. Catherine's Grandma, Cathy, came from Indiana and Devon had a great time hanging out with her. He also did good with one of our friends, Mark Baker. And then we had a small family gathering and he got some pictures with his cousin Stephanie and Grandma Pauline. He is getting so big. His last checkup he was 10lbs 9oz-growing fast. Enjoy.

Devon in Halloween Outfit

My mom, Kathy, bought Devon this cute Halloween outfit that has pumpkin snaps and says "BOO" on the feet and the rear as well. He looks really cute in it. The other picture is with Catherine's sister, Emily, with Devon in another one of his cute outfits.

More Pics of the Cute Kid

Here are the updates of the latest pics of Devon. He had Jondis so we had to put him on this cool blue blanket and he had his own nightlight for a couple of days. :) He is doing much better now. I also of course had to get him with something Utah Jazz. The picture at the lower right is him in a Winnie the Pooh outfit that Catherine's stepmom, Karen, got for him.

Devon is BORN!!!

Well, we had a little surprise on September 21. Catherine was having some pains that morning and went in to see the doctor. Lo and behold, she was in labor-almost 4 weeks early!! So, I got a surprise call at the library at BYU-Idaho and rushed over to the hospital. Devon William Rowbury was born September 21st at 8:43 PM. He was 6lbs 14oz and was 18 1/2 inches long. He is doing great and he and mom are now at home. He has already been such a blessing in our lives. Enjoy the pictures!

Bear World/Graduation

In August, we went to Yellowstone Bear World and had fun. The place I work at was selling Bear World tickets for 50% off. There were tons of bears and wildlife as well. We wanted to get some better pictures so we drove around again (you pay for an all day pass so you can go around as many times as you would like) to get them close up. Catherine also graduated in July with an Associated Degree in the Arts!! She wasn't able to make it to graduation so we took pictures to capture the moment.

Our Crib!!

We finally got our crib put up and the crib bedding bought. I of course picked it out with all the sports stuff. Although, Catherine DID get the sports mobile for the crib. Catherine recently had her bridal shower and we got tons of things that we needed for Devon. Thanks to everyone who attended and those who sent gifts. Some people have asked us what we still need so we have been telling them to go to Target and we did a baby registry. Here is also a recent picture of Catherine @ 7 months.

Utah Jazz Game

On July 14th, we went to a Utah Jazz game. Every year, they have games during the summer called the Rocky Mountain Revue that the 2nd year players and the rookies play in. Tickets are only $10/person so we have made it a goal to try and go every year. :) We went and stayed with my Aunt Wendy and Uncle John and their family in Lehi, UT for the weekend. Me, Catherine, Lori(Catherine's Mom), Emily(Catherine's Sister), Jeremy(my old roommate), and Mark(my old missionary companion) all went together and had a great time. The game was fun, even though they lost by 15. We got some good pictures of the players though since we were only like 10 rows or so from the floor.

West Yellowstone Trip

We took a nice trip up to West Yellowstone in June to get away for a weekend. We went into the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park and saw a buffalo, some elk, the mud pits, and Old Faithful. We had a great time and the weather was awesome. We spent the night there and went around to all of the cool little shops the next day. They had these painted on buffalos all over town so we decided to get some pictures of some of them.
