The Museum of Ancient Life

We went to the museum on Labor Day. It is in Lehi, UT. We have wanted to go for awhile and finally decided to do it. There were a lot of neat activities for kids to do, which I hadn't realized beforehand. The kids enjoyed the museum more than the zoo because of that.

This was a full size Brachiosaurus. It was huge!

Devon knew this was a Triceratops. He has been watching The Land Before Time. :)

I'd be freaking out way more than this if that thing was real!

 Little archaeologists!

Temple Square

After visiting Temple Square, we ate at the Lion House Pantry. Yum!

More Zoo Pics

We were told that female eagles are actually larger than male ones. I did not know that.

While Lizzy was riding on the wolf she said, "This is like the wolves in the movie you watch, Mom." (AKA Twilight) :)

The tiger was so fun to watch. He was all over the place!

These are Lego penguins. They were so neat looking.

The polar bear was Devon's favorite. He was very entertaining.

Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City

This zoo was so much better than the zoo in Idaho Falls! There was so much more to see and we all had a great time.

This thing here is made out of Legos.

This big guy was very entertaining to watch.
