Happy Halloween!

Devon is Ironman, Lizzy is Cinderella, and Austin is a panda bear.

We went to Devon's kindergarten class to watch a costume parade. Younger siblings were allowed to walk, too, so Lizzy walked around with Devon and held his hand. Then she got to go to his classroom and enjoy some candy.

Pumpkins

Devon was very excited about the Batman pumpkin.

Devon, Lizzy, and Austin

Austin just conked out here one night. Poor baby!

Lizzy got a bunch of mine and Emily's old Barbie stuff to play with and as you can see from her messy room, she was having a blast!
Austin can climb up onto things now and pull himself up to a standing position. I'm sure he'll be walking before we know it!

Lizzy fell asleep one afternoon while coloring. The poor thing must've been exhausted!

Devon's Birthday Party

(A few of these pictures are obviously not from Devon's actual party.)  Lizzy was trying on Daddy's head set that he uses to play Xbox Live.
Devon is showing off some of his birthday gifts. He got this board game called Who Shook Hook? and in the bottom picture he is holding a figurine from the Jake and the Never Land Pirates set and he's playing with the aircraft from The Avengers.

Devon had lots of fun at his party! We invited family and friends to have cake and ice cream and play games.
In the photo above, Devon just opened a Spongebob Lego set that he's been asking for since his last birthday.

Aunt Ashley got him some sidewalk chalk and Aunt Emily got him these Jake slippers.

I took this picture to show the rings that Lizzy put on her little brother's legs and arms.
Devon had a Star Wars themed birthday party. He requested chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.

The Museum of Ancient Life

We went to the museum on Labor Day. It is in Lehi, UT. We have wanted to go for awhile and finally decided to do it. There were a lot of neat activities for kids to do, which I hadn't realized beforehand. The kids enjoyed the museum more than the zoo because of that.

This was a full size Brachiosaurus. It was huge!

Devon knew this was a Triceratops. He has been watching The Land Before Time. :)

I'd be freaking out way more than this if that thing was real!

 Little archaeologists!
