Memory Game

My sister did this on her blog and I thought it was a cool idea:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you had with us together It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Hurricane, UT

The first weekend of August, Kathy and Craig drove us down to Hurricane, UT for our nephew's, (Titan) baby blessing. Devon loves sitting outside, and he had fun with his cousin, McKinlee in the top picture. The next few pictures are of the Wright family on the day of the blessing. Tucker is 5, McKinlee is 2 1/2 and Titan is two months old. Crystal and Yates are also pictured.

10 1/2 Months Old

Here are some miscellaneous pictures of Devon. In the top picture, he is eating one of those Graduate foods. It's just called an apple wagon wheel. They dissolve really easily. Next he is pictured with Mark Baker. Mark came to visit us the last weekend in July. He is working in Utah for now, but will be coming to school at BYU-Idaho next month. Bryce and I just took the bottom picture last night. Bryce went in to check on him and told me I had to come look at him. Of course after taking the picture, we took his leg out from between the bars.

Rocky Mountain Revue

Well, it was that time of year again...Rocky Mountain Revue in Salt Lake City! The Jazz played this past Saturday, and lost. They have lost every game we've been to. I guess we're bad luck or something. But it was still fun to be there. We stayed at Bryce's aunt and uncle's house over the weekend in Lehi, UT. It's just about a half hour from Salt Lake. I was able to see Jalisa and Brandon McDaniel while we were down there, so that was nice. Bryce's cousin, Ben, came with us to the game. On Sunday a lot of us felt sick because of all the junk food we ate while at the game and we also went out to eat a couple of times. I guess we're just not used to all that junk food at once! If you look closely at the third picture, you can see that I caught a dunk on camera. The fourth picture is of Fesenko, who is already on the Jazz team.

Salt Lake City

Devon is 10 months old today! I can't believe that before I know it, he won't even be a baby anymore. As you can see, Devon is learning his basketball skills. That makes Bryce so proud! LOL! This past weekend, we went to Utah. We walked around part of Temple Square in Salt Lake on Saturday. I took a picture of the temple, and one of Emily sitting amongst the gorgeous flowers. The last picture shows the inside of the Tabernacle, which is where General Conference used to be held before they built the Conference Center.

Our New Nephews

There have been two new additions to the Rowbury family. Titan Craig Wright was born on June 5, and Dax Christopher Rowbury was born on June 17. In the first picture, Bryce's Aunt Peggy is holding Titan on the left and Dax on the right. We took a few family pictures while we were in Tetonia this weekend. I'll name everyone in the 4th picture for those of you who don't know them all. From left: Kathy and Craig, Ashley is holding McKinlee, Yates is behind her, Crystal is holding Titan, Tucker is in front of her, next is Kylie, Jared, and Dax, and then us!
I just took the last picture of Devon today. He was eating an apples and chicken meal and made a huge mess.

4th of July Parade

We went to the 4th of July parade in Victor with Bryce's family. I included some pictures of the things I thought were the neatest. In the second picture, the truck is supposed to be carrying a huge potato, so I thought that was pretty funny. The third picture is some people dressed up as huckleberry shakes. I had never even heard of huckleberries until I moved out here. I'm not crazy about the flavor, but most people seem to love it. I liked the picture of the horse because its hair is braided. I stayed at the front during the parade and helped my niece and nephew, McKinlee and Tucker, pick up candy. I also caught a stuffed bear for Devon. I was surprised that they would throw out such cute stuffed animals!
